IT Help Desk

(Part-time position)
We are in search of an energetic, motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced individual for the part-time position of IT Help Desk in our Information Technology Office. The IT Help Desk will provide support to over 175 Staff members and several computer labs across several locations in North Brooklyn.


Assistant Residence Manager

(Full-time position)
The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for putting in place the utility services (Telephone,Con Edison, National Grid) for all consumers, collecting program fees (rent), preparing the submission of consumer’s bills to the fiscal department and other residential reimbursements.


Occupancy Specialist

(Full-time position)
This role oversees the income certification and reporting requirements on government regulated housing properties under St. Nicks Alliance Property Management.


Case Manager

(Full-time position)
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. The Case Manager coordinates the specific resources and services needed by the consumer as determined by screening and assessment. The Case Manager develops a care plan, and monitors and performs format reassessments of the consumer.


Youth and Education

Afterschool Group Leader (Literacy Instructor)

(Part-time position)
You will facilitate and lead the literacy block activity during after-school hours. Attend all scheduled professional development over the school year (including but not limited to: 3 half-day trainings, 3 Community of Practice meetings). Commit to implementation of the prepared lessons in accordance with the pacing schedule outlined by Education Team.


Afterschool Center Group Leader

(Part-time position)
Afterschool Group Leaders to work at our afterschool centers in both schools and community centers. Group Leaders will plan and implement social, recreational, and educational activities for students in grades K through 8. Candidates with experience and talent teaching specific activities or theme-based clubs including sports, arts, STEM, or literacy are encouraged to apply and highlight those talents and experiences.



Home Care Staff

Immediate work is usually available for applicants who are certified as Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides. Free training leading to certification is offered.

Evening Receptionist/Data Assistant

(Part-time position)
The Evening Receptionist/Data Assistant needs to be a hardworking individual with the ability to multi-task effectively. This hands-on individual is responsible for all aspects of managing the reception area including answering phones, greeting customers,making copies and changing signage for evening classes. This person is also responsible for attendance tracking, monitoring and data entry into Capricorn, ETO, and other Adult Education Funder databases as needed.
This is a part-time position that requires evenings and occasional Saturday hours.


Skills Training Program Coordinator

(Full-time position)
This position will be delivering job readiness and career coaching services to unemployed and low-wage working adults who are seeking skills training services in Construction Labor, Environmental Remediation Technician Training, Urban Greenscaping, and additional training tracks that are funded. This position is intended to provide program participants with the training and resources they need to acquire basic employability training to be competitive in the job market.
