Real Estate Project Manager
The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all phases of real estate development from project inception through construction and occupancy under the direction of the Deputy Director of Real Estate Development
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager under the direct supervision of the Area Property Manager will assist in the daily administrative duties and operations of the buildings.
The Case Manager, under the direct supervision of the Senior Case Manager, is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.
Senior Case Manager
The Senior Case Manager under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Social Services supervises 5-7 Case Managers. This individual will review and monitor all confidential records, logs and charts for each consumer of the case managers in the group.
Assistant Residence Manager
The Assistant Residence Manager under the direct supervision of the Residence Manager is responsible for putting in place the utility services (Telephone, Con Edison, Key Span) for all consumers, collecting program fees (rent), preparing the submission of consumer’s bills to the Fiscal department and other residential reimbursements.
The Custodian under the direct supervision of the Superintendent and Area Property Manager is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.
Housing Maintenance Coordinator
The Housing Maintenance Coordinator under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Property Operations is responsible for assisting the Area Property Managers in maintaining the physical condition and compliance issues of properties under management.
Assistant Director: Occupancy & Compliance
The Assistant Director Occupancy & Compliance under the direct supervision of the Director of Asset and Property Management will oversee staff and implement critical income verification and compliance components for a portfolio of more than 1,000 affordable apartments.

Youth Employment Coordinator
The purpose of the Work, Learn, Grow Employment Program (SYEP) is to provide New York
City youth with employment and educational experiences that build on their individual strengths and

Assistant Program Director at Elementary After School
St. Nicks' Division of Youth and Education is seeking an Assistant Program Director for its comprehensive After School Center for students in grades K-5 who live in Brooklyn, NY. One After School Center is located in Williamsburg and one is located in Brownsville.
Transformational Coach (Social Worker)
Manage a caseload of 25-30 children at one school; facilitate internal and external referrals; collaborate closely with St. Nicks’ school-based teams and partners; help refine SNA’s transformational approach; and use data to drive transformational services.
Teaching Artist (Visual / Digital / Performing Arts)
The Teaching Artist will be responsible for designing and delivering curricula for arts (visual or dance or digital) enrichment activities while ensuring the safety and engagement of youth. The position requires a passionate, creative, energetic, team-building leader committed to providing the highest quality of programming for youth.
Beacon Outreach Coordinator
Create, implement and assess annual outreach and retention plan, Individually and as a team member, build strong relationships with community youth and staff as well as youth, residents, community groups and businesses in the neighborhood.
ELDER CARE JOBS
Per Diem Home Care Registered Nurse
RN will open cases and provide follow up visits to patients in their home. RN will also submit and maintain accurate documentation and supervise all paraprofessional staff according to policy, including conducting in-service and orientation programs. RN will work various cases in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
Community Outreach (Marketer)
A St. Nicks Alliance Home Care (LHCSA) is looking for a full time, field based, and experienced home care marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be energetic and driven to increase the census of the home care agency.
Home Care staff
