Communications Associate

An enthusiastic collaborator who dutifully meets deadlines and has a variety of creative skills in: social media, donor management, event promotion on a variety of platforms, writing, etc.



Performs maintenance and upkeep of assigned property including inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance, compliance with laws, vacancy preparation and corrective maintenance.

Real Estate Project Manager

The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all phases of real estate development from project inception through construction and occupancy under the direction of the Deputy Director of Real Estate Development


The Custodian under the direct supervision of the Superintendent and Area Property Manager is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.

Director of Real Estate Development

St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development to lead our rapidly growing pipeline of community development projects. The senior position is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate housing development from project inception through construction and occupancy.

Maintenance Worker – Supportive Housing

The Maintenance Worker under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor supports out clients by performing tasks including but not limited to moving clients into and out of apartments, inspecting apartments and assess for HSQ compliance, and conducting residential repairs.



Community School Director of The Williamsburg School of Art and Technology

St. Nicks' Division of Youth and Education is seeking a Director for its Community School at The Green School, a high school in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The Community School Director has overall responsibility for planning, development and supervision of the Community School model, consistent with organizational and school missions, goals and quality standards. The Green School Community School launched in January 2015.

Summer Youth Employment Program Employment Coordinator

The purpose of the Summer Youth Employment Program (YEP) is to provide New York City youth with year-round employment and educational experiences that build on their individual strengths and incorporate youth development principles. These principles include engaging the talents and interests of youth, developing their skills and competencies, and providing positive adult role models.

Small World - Behavior Specialist

The Behavior Specialist provides continuous support to the overall educational environment by utilizing effective behavioral strategies to address student behaviors. Provide ongoing behavior intervention strategies for all students in all aspects of the educational environment as well as assisting within the classrooms, hallways, play areas, and extracurricular activities.

Elementary School Based Transformational Coach (Social Worker)

Under the guidance of St. Nicks Alliance’s Clinical Supervisor, the Transformational Coach will manage a caseload of approximately 25-35 children, providing both 1:1 counseling services and small group interventions using a variety of age-appropriate methods to meet and respond to the social, emotional and mental health needs of children.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director is responsible for overall leadership of an after school center serving grades K-5 in an elementary school and supports short and long term division-wide implementation of program planning  and outcomes tracking.

Supervisor, Transformational Coach (Social Worker)

The  Supervisor  will oversee four Transformational Coaches, each with a caseload of 25-30 children; facilitate internal and external referrals; collaborate closely with St. Nicks Alliance’s school-based teams and partners; refine St. Nicks Alliance’s transformational approach; use data to drive transformational services; and maintain a small caseload of clients, as needed.

Part Time Transformational Coach (Social Worker)

St. Nicks Alliance, an innovative community-based organization in North Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced part-time (16 hours/week) social worker or mental health counselor to provide counseling services to children who attend a high-poverty elementary school.  St. Nicks Alliance refers to our counselors as Transformational Coaches to reflect their true work of supporting short and long-term change for our children, their families and our community. 



Home Care Staff

Immediate work is usually available for applicants who are certified as Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides. Free training leading to certification is offered.

Job Developer, Youth Programs

The Job Developer is primarily responsible for developing and building capacity/partnerships with potential employers for the graduates of our skills training programs.  In addition, they must understand the local labor market trends and issues; understand basic business practices and carry out assignments and projects without detailed instruction.  He /she will work with the Skills Training providers to insure that the training remains viable for participants and potential employers.  He/she will support project staff efforts in recruitment, orientation, job readiness, education, and skills training.
