Real Estate Project Manager
The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all phases of real estate development from project inception through construction and occupancy under the direction of the Deputy Director of Real Estate Development
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager under the direct supervision of the Area Property Manager will assist in the daily administrative duties and operations of the buildings.
The Case Manager, under the direct supervision of the Senior Case Manager, is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.
Senior Case Manager
The Senior Case Manager under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Social Services supervises 5-7 Case Managers. This individual will review and monitor all confidential records, logs and charts for each consumer of the case managers in the group.
Assistant Residence Manager
The Assistant Residence Manager under the direct supervision of the Residence Manager is responsible for putting in place the utility services (Telephone, Con Edison, Key Span) for all consumers, collecting program fees (rent), preparing the submission of consumer’s bills to the Fiscal department and other residential reimbursements.
The Custodian under the direct supervision of the Superintendent and Area Property Manager is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the buildings assigned, perform general repairs, preparing vacant units of buildings managed by St. Nicks Alliance to operate within Local and State compliance and regulations. The Custodian must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., go up and down the stairs and climb a 6 ft. ladder.
Housing Maintenance Coordinator
The Housing Maintenance Coordinator under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Property Operations is responsible for assisting the Area Property Managers in maintaining the physical condition and compliance issues of properties under management.
Assistant Director: Occupancy & Compliance
The Assistant Director Occupancy & Compliance under the direct supervision of the Director of Asset and Property Management will oversee staff and implement critical income verification and compliance components for a portfolio of more than 1,000 affordable apartments.
Director of Real Estate Development
St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development to lead our rapidly growing pipeline of community development projects. The senior position is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate housing development from project inception through construction and occupancy.

The purpose of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is to provide New York City youth with summer employment and educational experiences that build on their individual strengths and incorporate youth development principles. These principles include engaging the talents and interests of youth, developing their skills and competencies, and providing positive adult role models.
After School & Summer Camp Group Leader & Senior Group Leader
The St. Nicks' Division of Youth and Education is looking for part time After School Group Leaders to work at our programs at Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, Beacons and Cornerstone Community Centers. St. Nicks' elementary and middle school after school programs include Literacy, STEM, Social-Emotional Learning, Arts, Movement, homework start, and weekly clubs based on children's interests and strengths. Middle School programs also include leadership and project-based clubs that respond to the unique developmental needs and interests of middle school aged youth
ELDER CARE JOBS
Per Diem Home Care Registered Nurse
RN will open cases and provide follow up visits to patients in their home. RN will also submit and maintain accurate documentation and supervise all paraprofessional staff according to policy, including conducting in-service and orientation programs. RN will work various cases in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
